CSA 1 – Answer

Right sided focal seizure – note sudden onset of asymmetry between the two sides due to an increased frequency (peaks and yellow SEF line on CSA2 have moved towards right hand side, together with an increased value for SEF2) and power (increased height of peaks on CSA2 together with an increase in the value of TP2 – value for TP2 not shown on photo) on the right sided CSA2.  Seizure activity is also visible on the right sided EEG, whereas the left sided EEG trace is relatively flat.
